This, free, interactive workshop will focus on shared stories, support, and how gratitude can play a role in improving our family building process. Being intentional about regularly practicing gratitude has proven benefits such as increased happiness, enhanced empathy, improved sleep, and increased resilience during difficult times. We'll spend time together identifying some surprising aspects of our journey we may be thankful for and we'll discuss how to begin - or get motivation to continue - a gratitude practice.
