We’ll talk this month about how mindfulness can help you cope with and manage the inevitable ups and downs that come from hormonal shifts while we’re trying to conceive.

Even if you have a mindfulness or meditation practice already, you may find that accessing the peace, space, and pause feels out of reach during this time. Or, if you don’t have a practice, you may be seeking a way to feel more in control of your emotions and stress levels throughout your cycle.

During this seminar, we’ll talk about how you can shift your practice - or begin to practice mindfulness - as a way to better manage the volatile ups and downs. Coping and calming dramatic hormonal shifts can reduce stress and bring more peace to your fertility journey.
